Black high-temperature gasket sealant 1NEW®. All silicone gasket sealants 1NEW are used to repair and replace gaskets operating under high temperatures up to 650F (343C). They can be used to repair and replace almost all gaskets used in cars. They have resistance to engine fluids, preserve strength and elasticity at a whole temperature range. Application. Remove the old gasket and thoroughly clean the surfaces from the old gaskets, oil, and dirt. Remove the cap from the tube, puncture the protective film, screw the nose, and cut it to the required hole size. Apply the continuous sealant bead along the perimeter of one of the surfaces and around all the bolt holes. Wait for 10 minutes for silicone drying up. Assemble the sealed joint. After the application, replace the applicator for the cap on the tube. REMARKS: Leave a place for the gasket thickness during the assembly, do not over-tighten the bolts. The silicone dries up within 10 - 20 minutes, the complete hardening during 24 hours. CAUTION! If in eyes or on the skin, rinse them with water. Keep out of the reach of children.
