A silicone oil-resistant gasket former is hardened at a room temperature under humidity impact (RTV), directly on the application place instead of stamped standard gaskets. The original formula is used on the conveyor car manufacture of Ford, Chrysler, GM. It is developed for use on powerful and low-speed engines (installed on most American cars). It has high adhesion to oily surfaces and excellent resistance to motor and transmission oils, anti-freezes and other technical fluids. It exceeds OEM specifications of American manufacturers. It is safe for cars with oxygen sensors. It does not cause corrosion and oxidation. It has a wide range of operating temperatures from -54°C to +316°C. It is allowed to use it on non-degreased surfaces, which are pre-wiped with a clean fabric. It is recommended for use a main gasket of oil pans of engines and gearboxes, valve covers, and as a universal gasket of any units and mechanisms operating in oily environment where the thickness of the original sealant is no less than 1.5 mm.
