High-temperature grey gasket sealant 1NEW®. It is specially developed on the neutral basis according to the requirements of Japanese, American, and European OEM manufacturers of car engines. It is ideally suitable for replacement of gaskets of gearbox crankcase, water pump, crankcase pan, thermostat, etc. It is safe for oxygen sensors. It is resistant to all motor fluids, except for gasoline. It preserves strength and elasticity with all the temperature range up to 650F (343C). Application. Remove the old gasket and thoroughly clean the surfaces from the old gaskets, oil, and dirt. Remove the cap from the tube, puncture the protective film, screw the nose, and cut it to the required hole size. Apply the continuous sealant bead along the perimeter of one of the surfaces and around all the bolt holes. Wait for 10 minutes for silicone drying up. Assemble the sealed joint. After the application, replace the applicator for the cap on the tube. REMARKS: Leave a place for the gasket thickness during the assembly, do not over-tighten the bolts. The silicone dries up within 10 - 20 minutes, the complete hardening during 24 hours. CAUTION! If in eyes or on the skin, rinse them with water. Keep out of the reach of children.
