Anaerobic one-component glue is a sealant used to seal various metal flanged joints. It is ideally suitable for sealing flanges, casings, joints of housings, and various covers. It is used to seal gaps with thickness from 0.1 to 0.5 mm. It does not comprise organic solvents and acids. It is resistant to loads and vibrations, has a wide application temperature range (from -60°C to +150°C) and good adhesion to vertical surfaces. Application: for more efficient sealing, the parts should be degreased, cleaned from dirt, dust, paint, etc. The most optimum sealing of the joints is achieved if the surfaces have rough texture. Apply the glue on the clean and degreased surface in an even layer. The complete hardening occurs when there is no air within 10 hours (the functional hardening: 2 - 4 hours).
