CRC METAL FREE paste is an iron-free white paste based on high-tech ceramic hard lubricating substances and seasoned additives, suspended in top-quality mineral/synthetic oils Its effective anti-seize composition acts at the temperatures from -40*C to +1400*C and prevents the metal-metal contact, seizure, corrosive abrasion and fretting corrosion. It does not comprise free metals. It reduces friction and wear even when the initial(base) oil has already evaporated. It is resistant to high pressure and temperature impacts. It protects from burning, corrosion, and seizing; does not form the galvanic corrosive power. It helps quickly and simply fix threaded parts, makes it easier to disassemble all the parts and units of the mechanisms, subject to high temperatures, even after their long-term usage in the corrosive environment. It eliminates and prevents squeaking and vibration of the brakes. It is resistant to impact of hot and cold water. It does not comprise lead, copper, nickel, sulfur and their components. The aerosol composition does not have chlorinated solvents and uses a liquified petroleum propellent. Aerosol bottles have a valve (it operates in any bottle position) for convenient application. The treated surface must be clean, dry and degreased. Clean the treated parts with a metal wire brush and wipe with a solvent free of oil, e.g., CRC Quickleen. Spray or apply with a brush on the surface in a thin even layer. The assembled units can be gradually actuated. Avoid blending with other products. Try the product on a small area of a respective material before applying it on plastic or rubber. Do not use on operating equipment, oxygen systems or at the presence of acetylene. Use aerosols only in a well-ventilated room.
