CRC PENETRATING OIL + MoS2. Penetrating oil, molybdenum disulphide. Fast-penetrating and absorbed lubricant. A fast-penetrating product penetrates through dirt and scale, eats rust and corrosion and releases corroded fixing joints, valves, and metal components. It formula has low surface tension, quickly dissolves rust, scale, and corrosion, helps disassemble tightly jointed assembly units and fasteners with a little gap. PENETRATING OIL + MoS2 is based on paraffin oil, inhibitors and MoS2-containing lubricants, which reduce wear. It quickly penetrates in hard-to-reach places, dissolves rust, scale, and other oxide compounds. It releases metal parts jammed under the impact of dirt, rust, corrosion or dry oily sedimentation. It makes disassembly of mechanical components, fittings, units, nuts, bolts, and other fastening joints with a narrow gap easier. It forms a strong lubricating film with MoS2, reduces wear and makes further disassembly easier. It reduces maintenance costs. It reduces the defect rate of the jammed parts. It is silicone-free. It is safe for all metal surfaces and most plastic and rubber materials (if in doubt, check before application). Aerosol is under pressure of the flammable propellent CO2 which allows you to use the full bottle volume on 97%. Aerosol bottles have a valve (it operates in any bottle position) and an additional tube for convenient application. Application: CRC PENETRATING OIL + MoS2. Jammed and rusted nuts, bolts, screw joints, valves. Corroded fastening joints, locks, and latches. Chains and conveyors. Assembly equipment. Agricultural equipment. Instructions for application: CRC PENETRATING OIL + MoS2: apply it on the surface in a large amount. Use an additional applicator for hard-to-reach places. Leave for several minutes; slightly knock on the joint for better penetration. Repeat once again if it is required for severely jammed fastening joints, gaps, and assembly units. Use CRC Brakleen or CRC Quickleen to remove the product.
