The compositions is based on high-quality mineral and synthetic oils, anti-oxidative and anti-frictional additives, friction modifiers and adhesive substances. This lubricant penetrates deep into the most critical areas of chains and fittings, where it sediments and forms a sticky lubricating film, which protects the surface during a long time. The product is used in fast-operating chain mechanisms with heavy loads and can be used to treat corrosive materials under high pressures and impact loads. It is not washable with cold and hot water. It prevents slippage at high speeds. It reduces friction and wear. It reduces noise and vibration. It extends the service life of the chain mechanism. It is compatible with a sealing ring. It is safe for metals and most plastic and rubber coatings (it is recommended to test it on plastic parts under pressure before the application). It does not comprise chlorinated solvents. Aerosol comprises a hydrocarbon propellant. Besides, the bottle is equipped with an additional tube for the accurate direction of the lube and provision of the necessary film thickness. Apply an even layer of this product on the chain mechanism, wire rope, etc. and let it penetrate by leaving it for several minutes. Do not turn on and do not start high-speed equipment with high loads until the product completely penetrates into the material. You can remove the residues of the product with CRC Quickleen. Do not use on working equipment. The temperature mode from -20*C to +150*C. +150*C – maximum temperature for usual application; +180*C – use only during short terms. However, even at +150*C, slow product degradation and little soot formation can appear. That is why it is recommended to remove the formed soot and lubricate the surface repeatedly from time to time. When applied, the corrosion level depends on the surface and environmental conditions most of all. That is why it is needed regularly to check surfaces for corrosion. When protective properties of the material expire (depending on the operating conditions), it is recommended to apply the product again.
