It prevents sticking and seizing of the pads. It protects brake discs and drums from oxidation. It has high anti-frictional properties, a low friction index. It forms a protective layer, which helps significantly reduce friction and wear of the mechanisms. It protects from aggressive impacts of acid and alkali solutions, salt and road chemicals. It makes it much easier to install and later dismantle the parts.
