An industrial lubricating and extreme-pressure paste for extra-severe operating conditions, comprising ultra-fine powder of copper, aluminum and black lead in a special, non-melting, semi-synthetic grease. It forms a protective film, which isolates and protects metal parts even under extreme impacts of heat, pressure, steam and sea water. It is developed as a material for a scheduled preventive repair, intended to ensure the complete protection of the threaded parts made of cast iron, steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, brass, bronze, titan, aluminum and Monel metal (nickel and copper alloy) and any metal surfaces, subject to severe environmental impacts or high temperatures up to +1100 °C. It is used in various industrial,power, marine, automotive, agricultural, construction and petroleum equipment and machines: Threaded joints, collars, hoists, jacks, derrick drive, brake knuckles and fingers, sprockets and chains, hoists and conveyors, casting equipment, valve stems, parts of chill molds and press molds for casting, various electronic sensors (knocking, etc.) Splines and key joints, electricity-conducting lubricants, low-speed warm gears, electrical contacts, pipe bolts, battery terminals (only working surface of the contact).
