Anti-freeze for pneumatic brake systems. It prevents ice crystal formation in brake hoses and receivers of pneumatic brake systems of trucks, buses, construction, agricultural and other machinery. Mannol Air Brake Antifreeze comprises special components, reliably protecting from rust and corrosion. It keeps the brake valves clean. It reliably binds condensate and moisture, ensuring safe driving in any season. APPLICATION: Check the level of the fluid in the mist extractor tank before filling in the fluid. Add the Anti-freeze in the amount recommended by the manufacturer into the mist extractor tank (usually, it is 2/3 of the full tank). Air bubbles must go through the Anti-freeze during the compressor operation. Check and make sure that all the connections are in good working order and tightened in order to prevent leaks. Replace the additive at least two times per year according to brake system manufacturer’s instructions. It is recommended to change the fluid after 24 hours for efficient pneumatic brake operation, especially in case of severe frosts.
