Concentrated anti-wear additive for transmission oil. The effect of Bardahl Sumolub additive is based on the principle of attachment of the molecular layer of the oil film to metal surfaces: Bardahl Polar Plus formula. SUMOLUB additive significantly decreases: energy losses on friction; noise made by friction pairs. Thanks to the resistant molecular layer on the metal surface which counteracts the extreme pressure and temperature, SUMOLUB has the following benefits: Excellent resistance to extreme loads and wear; exceptional friction reduction; benefit of energy preservation reaches 40%. It reduces the oil operating temperature on as low as 42%. Significant noise reduction during the unit operation. Excellent protection of the units against corrosion and significant oil thermal degradation reduction. The product is neutral to plastic and rubber. It is used with all bronze friction surfaces. It can be mixed with any oil types (mineral, semi-synthetic, and synthetic). It extends the service life of the oils, prolongs the change intervals. SUMOLUB can be used with all types of oils in the following proportions: from 5 to 10% in differentials, gears and manual gearboxes.
