Description
Revitalizing gel for high-pressure fuel pumps of diesel engines. It is used for restoring repair and protection of rubbing parts of the fuel pumps and injectors of all types against wear. A metal-ceramic layer based on the crystal grating of the metal surface forms on the surface of rubbing parts when the high-pressure fuel pumps, injectors, pump-injectors are treated with this product. Thus, the usual metal-metal pair is replaced by the almost wear-free pair metal-ceramic-metal-ceramic. Benefits: it reliably protects from poor-quality fuel; reduces fuel consumption; restores the shape and protects the rubbing parts of the fuel pumps of all types, injectors and pump-injectors from wear; enhances the engine power; reduces the noise and vibration level; reduces amount of toxic components in exhaust gases. Application: 1 stage: Squeeze 1 tube into the fuel tank with the minimum fuel amount. 2 stage: Fuel the tank with 40 - 60 liters. 3 stage: Use the car in a usual mode. 4 stage: Revitalization is considered finished in about 100 operating hours of the mechanism (about 3000 km of the mileage). For diesel engines of heavy-duty trucks and other diesel engines of a big volume, the portion of the XADO revitalizing gel is calculated according to the table. Engine operating volume, L 0-5/ 5-15/15-30/30-75/75-100/100-140/140-175/175-200/ 200-225 Gel amount for the fuel tank, tube 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9. Remarks: Use with the fuel, suitable for the season. Additional (non-standard) filtering units can reduce revitalization efficiency. Expert’s advice: The typical sign of revitalization start is improved mechanism operation (reduced noise, vibration, smokiness of the emissions) from the first kilometers of the mileage. Double the recommended dosage in case of severe mechanism wear. If there is no improvement in the mechanism operation in 100 - 200 km, the most probable reason is incorrect diagnosis.
