Anti-corrosive compound Arexons 4141

When Ferox is applied on the rusted surface, it chemically turns the rust in the inert compound and blocks the corrosive process. Ferox acts as a perfect anti-corrosive primer on new surfaces. Application: Remove possible peeled rust and paint. Clean the surface from dust, dirt and de-grease. Thoroughly shake the bottle. Pour a necessary amount of the product in a non-metal vessel. Apply Ferox with a brush in a thin layer (applied to the product № 4141 & 4143), putting more amount on the areas with heavier rust. Do not apply at the temperatures below 5C. When Ferox reacts with rust, it changes the colour from white to black. A semi-transparent layer is formed on the areas without rust, it is also efficient. Apply the second layer after 15 - 30 minutes of the first layer application. The second layer must be on the surface not less than 12 hours before it is painted. Protect the formed dry film from water and rain. It is recommended to start painting in 24 - 36 hours after the procedure is started. Do not pour the residual non-used product back to the original bottle. Wash the used tools with water as soon as the product is applied on the surface.
