This is an oil for 2-stroke engines specially formulated on a castor base stock and synthetic esters. Its specially formulated composition guarantees excellent lubricating properties and resistance to shear, as well as excellent protection from corrosion under all loads. RAVENOL Racing Castor 2T is used in all modern air-cooled carting engines with the volume of 100 ccm. At the speed up to 20 000 rpm, very high temperature and high pressure of the piston and bearing appear, the oil flow in the idle run mode decreases accordingly (internal combustion engine). In the idle run mode (internal combustion engine), it is almost impossible to preserve the oil film so that the hydrodynamic lubrication can be ensured. RAVENOL Racing Castor 2T has been designed for this extreme loads. RAVENOL Racing Castor 2T is a specially designed carting oil for 2-stroke engines. It comprises a set of synthetic ester additives for 2-stroke engines which operate on methanol and ethanol, e.g., cart and speedway engines (race cars for races on cinder or ice tracks, ground or grass tracks). It is mixed with gasoline, methanol and ethanol. It is not mixed with other mineral and synthetic oils for 2-stroke engines. Extended service life (appr. 1 week).
