MOTYLGEAR 80W-140 FOR HEAVY-DUTY MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS. SAE 75W-80 TECHNOSYNTHESE. Application. All mechanical transmissions, synchronized or not synchronized gearboxes, gearbox/differential, transfer gearbox and hypoid differentials without limited slip system. It is intended for use in the modes of impact loads, high loads and low speeds or high speeds and moderate loads. It is especially recommended by manufacturers of gearboxes for application in case of big loads and/or high temperatures where xxW-90 oils are not sufficient. It sustains extreme loads to efficiently prevent wear. It is reinforced with the synthetic base for better resistance to high temperatures and for prolongation of change intervals. It retains in 140 viscosity grade after the KRL 20 test as it is set by the SAE J306 standard dd July 1998. Oil lubrication properties are maximally enhanced to reduce friction. High viscosity under increased temperatures enables to use the oil film in the most severe conditions: high loads, impact loads, increased thermal mode.
