Gulf Syngear FE 75W-80 is a thermally stable, fully synthetic, long life transmission oil, ensuring fuel reduction and developed for different types of synchronizers, including carbon ones. It is made based on base synthetic oils and modern additives ensuring reliable protection of transmission parts. It has excellent lubricating properties; the newest additive technologies reduce friction. Excellent thermal and oxidation stability enables to keep the transmission parts clean, ensures protection from corrosion and rust and extends change intervals. Excellent low-temperature fluidity and shear stability ensure smooth gear shifting and protect the transmission parts from wear even in the most severe operation conditions. Features and benefits: soft gear shifting in any operation temperatures; high resistance to oxidation; reduction of wear and scuffing in gears under heavy loads; compatibility with sealing materials, minimizing oil leaks; excellent extreme pressure, anti-corrosive and anti-foaming properties. Application. Rear axles, synchronized and non-synchronized manual transmissions, requiring one lubricant. Application. It is exclusively developed for ZF manual transmissions with usual synchronizers (agglomerate and molybdenum) and carbon synchronizers. It is recommended for manual transmissions of the latest generation, requiring the lubricants by MAN 341 Z-4, MAN 341 E-3 and Volvo 97305 specifications. It is suitable for DAF, IVECO, Renault manual transmissions, requiring oils of this quality level. It is also suitable for transmissions of railroad transport, requiring the oils by ZF TE-ML 16K specification. It is not recommended for automatic transmissions.
