Viscosity index: 102. Kinematic viscosity (at 100 °C): 7.5-8.5. Application temperature range: from -30 °C to + 30 °C. Application: Intended for use in high-powered turbocharged diesel engines operating in severe conditions. It can be used in naturally aspirated diesel engines with significantly extended oil change intervals. Performance properties: - it ontributes to reliable protection from carbon deposits; - has improved anti-wear and anti-corrosive properties; - has high thermal and oxidation stability. The oils of D2 group are produced based on the base components obtained from sulfurous oils, or using synthetic components. The composition of D2 group oils contains efficient additives in high concentrations to achieve a level of performance properties which ensure long-term operation of the most forced engines in especially severe conditions, in particular when using fuels with high sulfur content. Winter mineral diesel oil (API CD), belongs to D2 group.
