SPECIFIC RBS0-2AE Motul 106044

This is a high-performance, energy-saving, 100% synthetic motor oil. It is specially developed for VOLVO DRIVE-E gasoline (VEP) and diesel (VED) engines of the latest generation equipped with catalytic convertors and particulate filters. It can be used in the autos of other manufacturers requiring the oils with 0W-20 viscosity, with a low friction index and a very low ( 2.6 mPa.s) HTHS viscosity (viscosity at high temperature and high shear). It can be used in gasoline engines requiring the energy-saving oils meeting ACEA A1/B1 standard and having 0W-20 viscosity grade: HONDA, NISSAN, SUBARU... The latest generation of VOLVO 4-cylinder (VEA) engines, gasoline (VEP) or diesel (VED) engines requires special lubrication as the engines are smaller and lighter than traditional ones. They have higher power and operate in increased temperatures which ensures the same features compared to the engines of the previous generation. VCC RBS0-2AE standard is especially demanding in terms of energy saving and it meets ACEA A1/B1 class. MOTUL SPECIFIC RBS0-2AE 0W-20 provides significant energy saving (up to 3.4% compared to 15W-40 oils). It provides fuel economy which leads to reduced hazardous emissions and fully meets the manufacturers’ requirements, including VOLVO, to reduced CO2 emission.
