INBOARD 4T 15W-40 IS AN OIL FOR DIESEL ENGINES OF WATER VEHICLES. For all types of 4-stroke engines installed on the water vehicles used at the coastal zone or on the river. It is recommended for new models of diesel engines with the direct injection, naturally aspirated or turbocharged, with the Common rail supply system or the pump-injector unit, operating on the fuel with sulfur content up to 1%. BAUDOIN, CATERPILLAR, CUMMINS, IVECO, LOMBARDINI, MERCRUISER, MTU, NANNI, MAN, PERKINS, VETUS-DEUTZ, VOLKSWAGEN, VOLVO PENTA, YAMAHA, YANMAR... Gasoline engines: CRUSADER, MERCRUISER, VOLVO PENTA, YAMAHA, and inverters (HURTH, TECHNODRIVE...) according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. The oil is officially recommended and used as the first fill oil by YANMAR-importer in France. It ensures protection from moisture and salt, neutralizes fuel combustion products, extends the engine service life. It prevents water-type sludge formation. Its detergent and dispersive properties are improved, guaranteeing engine cleanliness and preventing deposit formation on the piston and the engine crankcase. Anti-friction properties reduce fuel consumption. Application: Oil is changed according to manufacturer’s recommendations or adjusted according to your own use and according to the oil analysis. It can be mixed with synthetic or mineral lubricants.
