ZIC VEGA X highly efficient hydraulic oils are intended for use in hydraulic systems and drives of stationary and mobile machinery operating in a wide temperature range, in- and outdoors. It is recommended for use in road, marine, construction equipment of all-season operation, as well as in high-accuracy machines, control systems where the oils with the minimum viscosity change due to temperature are required. It is made based on the high-quality base oils and the specially selected additives providing the oil with good low-temperature, anti-corrosive, air separation and demulsifying properties, excellent anti-wear and anti-oxidation characteristics. Key features: • All-season: oils have a high viscosity index which provides them with excellent low- and high-temperature properties which enable to use vehicles in a wide range of operation temperatures from – 45 °C to +90 °C; • Protection from wear: an extreme pressure component of the used additive package enables to extend the equipment service life. This property is necessary when using the given oils in gear, vane, radial and axial-piston pumps. • Resistance to oxidation: a possibility to use the oil at high temperatures without lacquer formation. • Thermal stability: Chemical composition of the oils retains the same during the service life which prevents oil degradation at higher temperatures and keeps the system clean. • Hydrolytic stability: It ensures high anti-corrosive properties of yellow metals even when they are exposed to water, since the oil does not form acids in watery condition. • High demulsifying and anti-foaming properties: It helps in fast water separation and foam destruction which prevents increased oil compressibility, worsening of its lubricating and cooling properties; it enables to reduce the volume of oil pans. • Filterability: Resistance to oxidation and chemical stability of the additives enables to prevent formation of chemical compounds which can clog filters which ensures excellent oil filterability. • Compatibility: The oils are compatible with different metals and elastomers which guarantees reliable equipment performance when these oils are used.
