Description
Mobil SHC 632 is a gear oil for bearings and gears. They are made based on synthetic paraffin-free hydrocarbons. Combination of a high viscosity index and a unique additive system enables Mobil SHC 632 gear oils to demonstrate their excellent properties in extreme operation conditions (in high and low temperatures), they significantly exceed mineral oils in terms of their characteristics. Application. Mobil SHC 632 oils are recommended for use in industrials gears and bearings where the oil temperature in the system does not enable usual lubricants to demonstrate satisfactory results in terms of their life time. Mobil SHC 632 oil perfectly lubricates gears and bearings in extremely high and low temperatures. The unique properties of Mobil SHC 632 oils enable to use them for low- and mid-speed slide and rolling bearings in high temperatures or under big loads. Typical application of the oils is in rolling bearings of agitators and bearings of cast rolls subject to high temperatures. Mobil SHC 632 oil is compatible with the same sealing materials as usual mineral oils. Although they are compatible with the mineral-based products, impurities may reduce their values. Consequently, it is recommended that before changing a system to one of Mobil SHC 632 Series products, it should be thoroughly cleaned out and flushed to achieve the maximum performance benefits. This product resists well to shear impacts, especially in heavy-duty gears which prevents viscosity reduction. Mobil SHC 632 performance properties.
